KidsSapiens is an online cognitive training platform for children ages 5 and up. It provides interactive educational games designed to develop critical thinking, logical reasoning, memory, emotional intelligence, and other cognitive skills. The Service is accessed exclusively through a web browser — no app download is required.
To access full features, a parent or guardian must create an account using a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

KidsSapiens offers a free tier and a paid Premium subscription. The Premium plan is billed monthly or annually as indicated at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

All content on KidsSapiens — including but not limited to game designs, text, graphics, logic, and branding — is the exclusive property of KidsSapiens and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We make no representations about the educational outcomes or learning results that may or may not result from using the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KidsSapiens shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or any harm to a child resulting from use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or integrate third-party tools (such as payment processors). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or actions of these third parties.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
